Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.;
Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow up when Store Manager is not present.;
Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.;
Customer Experience Lead, execute and assist Lids selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.;
Maintain merchandising standards and store appearance, supervise cash handling and inventory processes.
