TASTING ROOM REPRESENTATIVE

New Clairvaux Vineyard is a dynamic and passionate company and we're looking to add a team oriented individual with an interest in wine. This weekend position is part time.

We are seeking an individual with the following qualities:

• Represents the company and brand professionally, graciously and enthusiastically
• Helpful and accommodating
• Organized
• Possesses outstanding follow through
• Proficient with POS transactions
• Able to prioritize time-sensitive issues and guests’ needs
• Able to multitask with a wide variety of duties
• Excellent communication skills
• Wine industry experience and/or knowledge preferable

• Provide education of our wine and history of our winery
• Sell wine in the tasting room
• Provide excellent customer service in all guest and Wine Club member interactions.
• Represents our winery with integrity and professionalism
• Ensure accurate point of sale transaction processing
• Ensure careful review of new Wine Club contract agreements
• Assist with Wine Club and other shipments, ensuring proper addressing and delivery
• Assist Tasting Room Manager with administrative tasks
• Assist with coordinating events
• Fulfill phone and eCommerce orders
• Assist with projects

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $17.00 - $21.50 per hour
