Sales and Marketing Specialist

O2 Employment Services is working with a local Insurance Company who is looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. This is a full-time, regular role in Redding, CA.

Sales and Marketing Specialist Compensation:

• $22 plus commission, review after 6 months and 1 years
• Vision, dental, medical offered through O2

Sales and Marketing Specialist

Qualifications:

• Property and Casualty license is preferred. If not licensed, the company will reimburse the employee if they complete it within the proper timeframe
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with ease
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Sales and Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
• Process insurance policy changes and updates as necessary
• Assist clients with filing claims and processing payments
• Stay current with insurance policies, regulations, and procedures
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements
• Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to customers
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure client satisfaction
• Achieve performance goals and objectives set by management
• Other duties as assigned
