Sales Representative

Overview

Join our team as a Window & Door Customer Service Representative and be the face of our company to homeowners and contractors. This role is perfect for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for problem-solving.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person visits.
• Assist customers in selecting the right windows and doors for their projects by providing expert product and service information.
• Prepare and manage sales quotes, estimates, and special orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Accurately enter and process sales orders and transactions using our POS system.
• Handle and resolve customer issues, such as order discrepancies or product concerns, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Maintain and update customer records and interactions within our database.
• Coordinate with the production and shipping departments to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered correctly.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge by staying informed on new offerings and industry standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in customer service, sales, or the construction/building materials industry is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone etiquette.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with email, MS Office, and experience with POS or CRM systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with taking measurements and interpreting basic product specifications is highly desirable.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for solving problems and helping others.
• A valid and clean California driver's license is required.

• Work location will be at our Redding and/or Red Bluff store.
• We are a drug free and smoke free work place.
• Some lifting will be required.
• Compensation range is dependent upon experience and will be negotiated at the time of hire.
