Jewelry Sales Associate

O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable Company to find their next Jewelry Sales Associate. This position is part-time and is based in Redding, CA.

We are seeking someone who is polished, self-motivated, and naturally service driven. The ideal candidate brings confidence, warmth, and attention to detail to every interaction.

Jewelry Sales Associate, Customer Service Professional Compensation:
• $20 per hour plus commission after probationary period is completed

• Part-time, 2-3 days a week. Must be available to work Saturdays

Jewelry Sales Associate

Qualifications:

• Jewelry experience preferred, retail sales experience strongly considered

• Impeccable phone etiquette

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Positive, vibrant personality with strong interpersonal skills

• Confident and appropriately assertive when assisting clients

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Reliable and self-motivated

Jewelry Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Greet every client with professionalism and genuine hospitality

• Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and preferences

• Guide customers through selections with product knowledge and confidence

• Answer questions regarding jewelry, pricing, and services

• Process payments accurately and efficiently

• Support special events and conventions as needed

• Assist with administrative tasks and general store support

• Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom presence
