Job Summary
Manages a diverse market to drive loan application volume and foster strong dealer partnerships, while ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. Leads training and development initiatives, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability. Serves as a key liaison between the organization and dealership partners to execute business strategy.
Job Duties- Conduct regular dealer visits to enhance engagement, ensure compliance, and deliver product and strategic performance insights.
- Analyze and interpret dealer performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities, inform decision‑making, and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide detailed insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Provide in‑depth training and coaching to dealership teams to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g. marketing, credit, funding) to drive and execute promotional programs, resolve complex dealer issues, and deliver solutions that address dealer needs.
- Lead recruitment of new dealers by developing recommendations and leading onboarding efforts.
- Serve as a mentor to junior sales team members and lead new hire training.
- Represent the company at dealer events, conferences, and industry meetings to strengthen brand presence and partnerships.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
- 5+ years in auto finance operations.
- 3+ years of successful sales experience; auto experience preferred.
- Strong ability to analyze data, draw valid conclusions, and suggest effective solutions using critical thinking skills and sound judgment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences and respond effectively.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service, remaining calm and courteous in challenging situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build effective relationships and influence outcomes.
- Ability to travel regularly to meet with dealers and attend events, while maintaining a professional appearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Current valid driver’s license, with no major incidences on driving record in the past 5 years.
The pay range for this role is $71,100.00 - $95,550.00 annually.
