about the client & positionour client, a reputable garage door company, is seeking a motivated and people-focused service & sales representative. This position is primarily sales‑driven with a strong focus on customer interaction, price objection handling, and recommending new doors or repairs. While no repair experience is required, the ideal candidate is moldable, eager to learn, and open to hands‑on service training.

- meet with homeowners and customers to assess garage door needs
- present repair options, upgrades, and new door products
- handle price objections and explain value‑added services
- generate quotes and close sales on‑site
- provide basic service and repair support after training
- maintain professionalism while representing the company in the field
- complete required paperwork, service notes, and follow‑up documentation
- safely operate company vehicles and equipment
- strong people skills and confidence in customer‑facing conversations
- sales‑minded with the ability to influence decisions
- willingness to learn technical aspects of garage door systems
- positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- valid driver’s license & clean dmv record
- ability to pass a background check & drug screen
- comfortable working hands‑on and in outdoor environments
- guaranteed hourly base pay + strong commission structure

monday‑friday. 8:00 am‑5:00 pm. Overtime may be necessary.
compensation$21.00/hr during training (about 60 days) then commission based.
