Savvy Acquisitions, Inc. is hiring a Customer Success & Sales Specialist in Redding, CA. This role focuses on customer service, sales support, and helping customers find the right products or services based on their needs.
Responsibilities- Speak with customers and identify their needs
- Recommend products, services, and current promotions
- Support daily and weekly sales goals
- Answer customer questions and provide clear information
- Maintain a professional customer experience
- Work with the sales team to improve results
- Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a client-facing role is preferred
- Comfortable working toward sales goals
- Dependable, coachable, and professional
- Able to work well with a team
- Willing to learn and grow in customer success, sales, and client relations
- $17 - $19 per hour plus commissions and bonuses
- Paid training
- Ongoing support
