Job Summary
VESTRA Resources Inc. is seeking an energetic, self‑motivated individual to join our environmental services team. We are looking for a well‑organized, fast‑paced problem solver. This is a full‑time, 40‑hour/week, benefited position that may require occasional overtime and weekend hours. This is not a remote position; the role will report to our office location in Redding, CA, with some travel required for field assignments.
Responsibilities- Preparation of NEPA or CEQA documents, environmental regulatory compliance documents and technical reports, and environmental permit applications
- Planning and implementation of biological field work in support of projects
- Conducting biological habitat evaluations, surveys and studies for special‑status plans and/or animals
- Construction biological monitoring
- B.S. or M.S. with a major in Biology, Wildlife, Botany, Fisheries or related discipline required
- Two (2) to five (5) years
