• Perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance on Bobcat compact equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Work closely with parts specialists, service writers, and fellow mechanics to keep the shop running smoothly.
• Use computer systems for parts lookups, job documentation, and time logging.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized, with an eye for detail and efficiency.
• Attend Bobcat factory-led trainings to continue building your expertise.
• Take pride in your work and represent both the Bobcat and Iconic Machinery brands with professionalism.

• Solid mechanical knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Computer proficiency for parts and service documentation.

• Previous experience in the equipment or heavy machinery industry.
• Experience with Bobcat or compact equipment repairs.
