Marine Mechanic

O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable marine and RV company to find their next Marine Technician. This position is based in Redding, CA.

The ideal candidate will have prior technician or mechanic experience (automotive, marine, personal watercraft, or ATV), strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. They will be dependable, professional, safety‑minded, and detail‑oriented.

• $18 – $25 per hour (DOE) plus production pay

• Prior experience as a technician or mechanic required (automotive, marine, PWC, ATV experience acceptable)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Professional, dependable, and safety‑focused

• Diagnose and repair boats, boat motors, and marine systems
• Perform routine maintenance on boats and motors
• Install parts, accessories, and upgrades
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
