HVAC Installer

O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable HVAC company to find their next HVAC Installer / Lead HVAC Installer. This position is based in the Redding area.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, reliable, and experienced in HVAC installation, with the ability to work independently or lead a small crew depending on experience level.

Pay Range:$20.00 – $30.00 per hour (DOE)

• Full-time opportunity
• 10-hour shifts (4 days per week – Alternative Workweek Schedule)
• Occasional out-of-town work may be required

• Previous HVAC installation experience required
  • Installer:
    Some hands-on experience
  • Lead Installer: 1+ years experience leading installations
• Ability to install HVAC systems and components
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools
• Ability to lead and manage a crew of 2–4 (Lead role)
• Clean DMV record required
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time
• Install residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems
• Assist with or lead installations depending on experience level
• Read and follow installation instructions and job specifications
• Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and safely
• Lead and coordinate crew members on job sites (Lead role)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Travel occasionally for out-of-town projects as needed
