Installation Helper

O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable Glass Company to find their next Installation Helper. This position is based in Redding, CA.

The ideal candidate will support professional installers by assisting with on-site window, door, and glass replacement and repair projects, safely handle materials and tools, help ensure efficient project workflow, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Installation Helper Compensation:
• $20-$21 per hour

Installation Helper Qualifications:

• Reliable work history and a strong work ethic

• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools

• Ability to follow directions and assist lead installers on various job sites

• Punctual and attentive to safety procedures

• Valid driver's license preferred

Installation Helper Responsibilities:

• Support skilled installers during window, door, and glass installations and repairs

• Prepare job sites, unload and stage materials, and transport supplies as needed

• Keep work areas clean and organized, including debris removal and tool maintenance

• Assist with measuring, cutting, and positioning components under supervision

• Follow all safety protocols and company standards
