The ideal candidate will be reliable, customer-focused, safety-minded, and able to work independently while providing high-quality pest control services in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
Licensed Pest Control Technician Compensation:
- $19.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience
- Experienced Field Representatives may receive the higher end of the pay range, while new Applicators will start toward the lower end
- Compensation may be re-evaluated after 90 days based on performance and licensing progression

- Valid California Structural Pest Control License - Branch 2 required
- Field Representative License preferred; applicators must obtain Field Representative license within 90 days if not already licensed
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to meet company insurability requirements
- Strong knowledge of pest control methods, materials, safety procedures, and applicable regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency with email management, mobile applications, and digital documentation tools
- Ability to work independently, manage a daily service route, and make sound decisions in the field
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, including operating a 50-pound backpack sprayer for extended periods
- Ability to climb ladders, access attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, basements, and confined spaces
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and pest-active environments
- Inspect residential, commercial, and industrial properties to identify pest activity and conditions conducive to infestation
- Determine and implement appropriate treatment plans based on inspection findings and customer needs
- Apply pesticides and pest control solutions safely, effectively, and in compliance with label directions and applicable regulations
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service details, treatment plans, expectations, and follow-up care
- Provide preventative recommendations to reduce the risk of future pest infestations
- Maintain accurate and detailed service records, including chemicals used, application areas, and service notes
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal pesticide regulations and company policies
- Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle while traveling to and from client sites
- Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies in clean, organized, and safe working condition
- Utilize mobile service applications and digital tools for routing, documentation, and communication
- Maintain professional and timely communication with office staff and team members
- Consistently demonstrate reliability, professionalism, punctuality, and accountability in the field
