Tru Blue Serving the North State is looking for a skilled and dependable Home Service Technician to join our growing team. At Tru Blue, our mission is to make life easier for busy families and seniors by providing dependable, high-quality home repair and maintenance services all under one trusted name. We're committed to creating safe, comfortable, and well-maintained homes for our neighbors throughout Redding and surrounding areas.

What we are looking for...

Job Capability

* Minimum of 10 years of paid experience in general carpentry

* Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (or Canada if applicable)

* Possesses a valid driver's license

* Able to consistently work required hours

* Physically and mentally capable of performing all duties

Skills

* Possesses a broad set of carpentry/maintenance/repair skills

* Ability to read and write legibly

* Possesses basic math and computer skills

* Ability to communicate with others

* Ability to perform services required by our customers

* Ability to follow Tru Blue's system policies and procedures

* Core competencies in carpentry/maintenance/repair

* Possesses own tools and knows how to use them
