Avionics Technician

Qualifications

All Candidates interested in joining the Air Shasta team as an Avionics Technician will need to possess the following:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Avionics.
• Knowledge of Garmin, Aspen, Genesys and Appareo Systems.
• A broad overall knowledge of basic electrical systems and Pitot‑Static systems.
• Ability to accurately interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams.
• Ability to fabricate wire harness and install inside aircraft to FAA standards.
• Ability to work independently and tolerate high stress levels while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism.
• Pre‑employment & random drug screening required.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, willingness to adapt to evolving situations and maintain good relationships with peers, customers, agency staff.
