Tru Blue Serving the North State is looking for a skilled and dependable Home Service Technician to join our growing team. As part of our team, you’ll take pride in delivering quality workmanship, friendly service, and honest care for every home you visit. Whatwe are looking for Job Capability
- Minimum of 10 years of paid experience in general carpentry
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (or Canada if applicable)
- Possesses a valid driver’s license
- Able to consistently work required hours
- Physically and mentally capable of performing all duties
- Possesses a broad set of carpentry/maintenance/repair skills
- Ability to read and write legibly
- Possesses basic math and computer skills
- Ability to communicate with others
- Ability to perform services required by our customers
- Ability to follow Tru Blue’s system policies and procedures
- Core competencies in carpentry/maintenance/repair
- Possesses own tools and knows how to use them
- Strong work ethic; takes pride in their work
- Honest, ethical and trustworthy
- Enjoys a safe, fun work environment
- Enjoys customer interaction
- Leadership and/or potential ability
- Enjoys structure on the job (follow Tru Blue system)
- Sincere and pleasant to work with
