Multiple local HVAC companies seeking journeyman level HVAC installers and technicians.

These are not entry level positions. To be qualified, you must have 2‑5+ years’ experience in the industry, preferably 5 or more years. This is a highly skilled position and experience is required. If you do not meet the minimum qualifications, please do not apply.

• Perform installation and preventative maintenance on all HVAC control systems.
• Assess and diagnose required repairs, estimate costs.
• Replace electrical components such as compressors, contacts, motors, relays and diagnose mechanical components.
• Change out gas furnaces/boilers and split air conditioning systems, install ductless air conditioning and heat pumps, water heaters, sheet metal installation and transitions, refrigeration, condensate, and PVC venting.
• Procure all material in a timely manner to meet client service agreements for scheduled completion dates.
• Use and care for tools and equipment used in facility and ground maintenance.
• Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns.
• Perform all work to industry standards and maintain a professional manner and appearance at all times.
• Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and safe work habits.
• Maintain a clean DMV and background check; remain in a drug/substance free workplace.
• Positive friendly attitude and ability to work with others.

• 2‑5+ years of experience in HVAC installation/maintenance.
• EPA certification required.
• Certificate of completion from trade school preferred.

Typically Monday‑Friday, but may vary based on client needs.

• 2‑3 years experience: $18‑40 per hour.
• Freshly graduated candidates: pay DOE.
