HVAC Installers - Leads and Apprentice

Responsibilities

• 3-5+ years HVAC installation experience in the field.
• Possess most hand tools, some power tools, and most specialty tools will be provided to perform the job duties.
• Must be honest, organized, dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Extensive knowledge of the installation of HVAC equipment and components, ductwork, thermostats, and sheet metal.
• Proficient at residential and commercial functional design and installations, equipment start‑up, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience in a variety of settings including new construction and retrofit installations for both residential and commercial customers.
• Ability to install, braze, and test line sets. EPA certification desired.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and diagrams.
• Valid Drivers’ License and insurable/clean driving record as driving a company vehicle will be required and driving from one jobsite to another throughout the day is required.
• Knowledge of and ability to follow city and county installation codes.
• Advanced safety knowledge of tools and surroundings and ability to comply with all safety rules.
• Experience training helpers & supporting install teams.

• 3-5+ years’ experience preferred as an installation technician.
• Valid Drivers’ License and insurable/clean driving record as driving a company vehicle will be required and driving from one jobsite to another throughout the day is required.
• Some own tools preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills and must be a self‑starter and self‑motivated.
• Knowledge of codes.

Full time Monday‑Friday with possible weekend work if needed.
