HVAC Technicians - Experienced and Apprentice

About the Position

We are hiring for journeyman level HVAC installers and technicians. Candidates must have 2‑5+ years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry (preferably 5 or more years). This is not an entry‑level position.

• Clean DMV and background checks are required.
• Maintain a positive, friendly attitude and work well with others.
• Work in a drug/substance‑free workplace.
• Handle air compressors and pneumatic controls.
• Operate building automation controls.
• Possess EPA certification.
• A certificate of completion in trade school is preferred.

• 2–5+ years of HVAC experience.
• Perform installation and preventative maintenance on all HVAC control systems.
• Assess and diagnose required repairs and estimate costs.
• Replace electrical components such as compressors, contractors, motors, relays, and diagnose related electrical or mechanical components.
• Change out gas furnaces/boilers and split air‑conditioning systems; install ductless air conditioning, heat pumps, water heaters, sheet‑metal installations, transitions, refrigeration, condensate, and PVC venting.
• Procure all material in a timely manner to meet client service agreements for scheduled completion dates.
• Possess competent knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment used in facility and ground maintenance.
• Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns.
• Perform all work to industry standards, maintaining a professional manner and appearance at all times.
• Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency requirements, and company directives related to building operations and safe work habits.

Typically Monday–Friday, but schedules may vary based on client needs.

• For applicants with 2–3 years of experience: $18–$40 per hour.
• Freshly graduated candidates pay through discussion of earnings.
