Express Employment in Redding is seeking applicants for a local pool construction company to conduct repairs, demolition, remodels, and build new pools. These positions are full‑time and pay depends on experience and position. You must have a valid driver's license with no restrictions. Pre‑employment screenings are required.
Positions & Compensation- Experienced pool construction laborer with some excavator and bobcat experience: $22–$25 per hour.
- Skilled heavy equipment operator/laborer: $24–$28+ per hour.
- Pool route technician: $18–$20 per hour.
- Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
- Clean DMV report.
- Over 18 years of age.
- Pre‑employment screenings.
- Concrete finishing, setting forms, stamping.
- Demolition of old pools.
- Repairs of pool and pool parts.
- Remodel of pools.
- Construction of new pools.
- Plumbing experience helpful.
- Utilizing hand/power tools efficiently.
- Ability to work well with a team.
