Position Overview
Express Employment in Redding is seeking applicants for a local pool construction company to conduct repairs, demolition, remodels, and build new pools. These positions are full‑time. Compensation ranges from $22–$25 per hour for pool construction laborers with some excavator and bobcat experience, and $24–$28 per hour for skilled heavy equipment operators/laborers. All employees must have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions and a clean DMV record.
Pre‑employment screenings are required.
