Our client is a well-established telecom installation company serving city, state, and federal clients. A 100% clean background is required; some misdemeanors are permitted. A valid driver’s licence with no restrictions is mandatory.

We are hiring experienced installers of alarm, fire, card access, and CCTV security systems. Responsibilities include explaining installation procedures to customers, conducting system orientations, performing system alterations and additions, and servicing systems as required. Prevailing wage jobs are common due to government contracts.

• Install alarm systems
• Install surveillance and CCTV systems (up to 16 cameras, PC and non‑PC based)
• Install intercom systems
• Install fire systems
• Run fiber optic cabling
• Maintain efficiency better than 1.0
• Install access control panels
• Perform major modifications to older systems
• Take recurring/refresher training in key areas (CCTV, access control, fire alarm products)
• Service larger systems
• Establish positive contact with customers
• Explain installation to customers
• Prepare installation equipment
• Complete installations in a timely manner and to company standards
• Run necessary system tests
• Process required documentation
• Perform other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned

• 2‑3 years of alarm installation/electrical experience required; 4‑5 years preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 12 months of experience as a Level 2 installer helpful
• Demonstrated proficiency in Level 3 installation skills and knowledge helpful
• Valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record required
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment screening process

$22.00‑$30.00 per hour depending on experience, with multiple prevailing wage opportunities available.
