O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable HVAC company to find their next Lead HVAC Installer
. This full-time opportunity is based in the Redding area and is ideal for an experienced installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys leading by example, and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have HVAC installation experience, the ability to work independently, and the confidence to lead a small crew while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

  • $25.00-$40.00 per hour (DOE)
  • Full-time opportunity
  • Monday-Thursday Schedule
  • Four 10-hour shifts (Alternative Workweek Schedule)
  • Occasional out-of-town work may be required

Lead HVAC Installer - Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of HVAC installation experience required
  • Previous experience leading HVAC installations or the ability to lead a small crew preferred
  • Strong knowledge of residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret installation instructions and job specifications
  • Valid California driver's license with a clean DMV record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work full-time
  • Lead the installation of residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems
  • Coordinate and oversee a small installation crew to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
  • Read and follow installation plans, specifications, and manufacturer guidelines
  • Ensure all installations meet quality standards and applicable codes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Travel occasionally for out-of-town projects as needed
