About the Client:
Express is partnering with a local, well-established telecom installation company. This client has contracts with multiple city, state, and federal clients therefore, a 100% clean background is required. Some misdemeanors are allowed. You must have a valid driver's license with no restrictions.

About the Position:
We are seeking applicants with extensive experience installing alarm systems, fire, card access, and CCTV security systems. Explain installation procedures to customers and conduct system orientations. Perform system alterations and additions, and also service systems as required. Due to the many government contracts, prevailing wage jobs are frequent.

Job Description/Responsibilities (may not include all but not limited to below):
Install alarm systems. Install surveillance and CCTV systems up to but not limited to 16 cameras (PC and non-PC based). Install intercom systems. Install fire systems. Fiber optic cabling. Maintains better than a 1.0 efficiency. Install access control panels. Able to perform major modifications to older systems. Takes recurring/refresher training in key areas to maintain position. Includes CCTV, Access Control, fire alarm products.

Ability to service larger systems. Establish positive contact with customers. Explain installation to customers. Prepare installation equipment. Install systems in a timely manner and to company standards. Run necessary system tests. Process necessary documentation. All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

2-3 years alarm installation/electrical experience required; 4-5 years preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. 12 months experience at Level 2 Installer helpful. Demonstrates proficiency in Level 3 Installation skills and knowledge helpful. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required. Final applicant will need to have the ability to pass a pre-employment screening process.

Compensation: $22.00-$30.00 per hour depending on experience however, multiple prevailing wage opportunities are available
