Summary:

The Clinical Supervisor is a licensed mental health professional who oversees all therapeutic and social service interventions within a region, ensuring that the services meet and/or exceed the prevalent needs and standards of the community, government laws and regulations and the personal needs of the clients themselves.

Education, Certificates, Licenses, & Registrations Master's degree (M.

A.) or equivalent, BBS Licensure plus at least 2 years’ experience.

Possess valid California Driver's License and remain insurable under the company's currentinsurance carrier.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Training & Supervision:

Provide clinical supervision, training, and weekly guidance to staff.

Ensure adherence to organizational policies and deliver direct clinical services as needed.

Quality Improvement:

Maintain compliance with all regulations and ensure accurate documentation.

Support outcome evaluation, data collection, and continuous improvement efforts.

Program Development:

Help implement evidence-based practices and develop new programs.

Update program design to meet community needs and improve outcomes.
