Service Coordinator - CU (Over
6) - Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish) - Redding
Department: Case Management
Location: Redding, CA
Hours: Full Time (39 hours per week)
Salary & Benefits: $29.14 - $37.88 per hour. Complete package of fringe benefits including vacation and sick leave, health insurance, 17 paid holidays, and CalPERS retirement. Travel allowance for field work.
Job Synopsis & Qualifications Summary- Provide case management services to an assigned group of persons with developmental disabilities.
- Develop and monitor Individual Program Plans.
- Coordinate services with other agencies and service providers.
- Conduct home visits with clients, families or other care providers.
- Consult with clinical and other professional staff.
- Advocate on behalf of clients.
- Complete reports and forms.
- Maintain case records.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Equivalent to a B.A. degree in a field related to Social Welfare or one year of experience in a similar position. Fluency in English and Spanish required to qualify for bilingual compensation (ability to speak, read, and write).
