Pay Rate $20/hr Plus Great Benefits!

• Dispatch trucks and all orders to be processed.
• Ensure parts and services are delivered in a timely manner.
• Set routes with drivers.
• Set up paperwork for incoming vendors.
• Communicate with sales, warehouse, and delivery staff on delivery and routing issues.
• May have to handle UPS orders and customer pickups.
• Ensure that all vendors’ parts are correctly processed per company policy.
• Ensure that all returns to vendors are done correctly following company policy.
• Assume other duties as assigned.

Not responsible for supervising employees.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma/GED
• Experience:
  
  0+ years of experience required

No Preferred Education Required.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic messages communicated orally.
• May write brief messages and keep simple records.
• Problems encountered are simple, repetitive and generally solved by clear directions and procedures.
• Follows standard procedures with no decision making involved.
• Uses guidance/guidelines provided by supervisor/manager.
• Assignments/priorities provided by supervisor/manager.
• No additional competencies required.

Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently. Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements). The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
