Delivery Specialist - Hub

Compensation Pay Range

$16.90 - $24.90 per hour, with potential premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Premiums may be paid annually, quarterly, or as performance bonuses.

Deliver parts and products to O’Reilly stores and distribution center in a safe, efficient manner. Bilingual candidates encouraged.

• Drive company vehicle and deliver to pre-set route.
• Pick up and sign stock transfers at each stop.
• Maintain daily city route manifest. Verify invoices and signatures with store team members.
• Use fleet/fuel card, keep vehicle and keys secure.
• Follow accident report guidelines and report any incidents promptly.
• Report delays to city delivery supervisor or remaining stops.
• Project a professional image and communicate store needs to management.
• Clock in/out following company policy.
• Check fluid levels and log mileage each day; report maintenance needs.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled, and vehicle is locked and secured at day's end.

• Valid state driver's license and meet company driving eligibility requirements.
• 14‑18 point safe driving record per company system.
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing delivery situations.
• Desired:
  Fluency in multiple languages;
  Spanish highly desired.
