CALTRANS is hiring a Highway Maintenance Worker in Shasta County. Under supervision, the worker performs maintenance and repair of State highways, either solo or with a crew, with possible overtime, night and weekend shifts as storms or emergencies dictate.
A valid Class C driver's license is required. Eligibility may be determined by the Caltrans Highway Maintenance Worker exam. This is a permanent, full-time in-office position with the California Department of Transportation.
