Job Summary:

KFC is seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. As part of our quick service operations, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders hot, fresh, and on time. You’ll represent the KFC brand with excellent customer service and professionalism on every delivery.

• Deliver KFC meals quickly and safely to customers' locations.
• Confirm order accuracy before departure and upon delivery.
• Maintain a clean, presentable appearance and positive attitude.
• Follow company delivery protocols and traffic laws at all times.
• Assist the restaurant team during non-peak delivery hours (e.g., packing orders, cleaning).
• Communicate with the kitchen and management about any delivery issues or customer feedback.
• Handle payments or digital confirmations as required.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of local delivery routes and neighborhoods.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced quick service environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in food delivery is a plus.
