We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant - Sales and Marketing to provide administrative, sales, and marketing support for our community.

FT opportunity

M-F, with flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend events when required.

Hourly wage range $23-$24.25

Primary responsibilities of the role include:

• Answer phone calls and emails from prospective residents, families, referral sources, and community contacts
• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials, and maintaining calendars
• Assist with inquiry follow-up, lead tracking, data entry, and database updates
• Prepare, organize, and maintain sales and marketing records, reports, files, and collateral materials
• Support community events, tours, mailings, and outreach activities as needed
• Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional first impression of Meadow Ridge
• Partner with team members to ensure timely communication and excellent customer service throughout the sales process

The successful candidate:

• Minimum one (1) year related administrative, sales support, marketing support, hospitality, or customer service experience
• Experience in a professional office setting or hospitality environment where strong communication, customer relations, and telephone skills are essential
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Comfort learning and using databases, customer relationship management systems, and other sales tracking tools
• Positive, service-focused approach with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, visitors, and associates
