Office Manager – Construction Industry (Full-Time)

We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations for a busy construction company. This role requires someone who can operate independently, manage competing priorities, and confidently handle contracts, scheduling, and financial administration.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
This Role Is NOT Entry‑Level
This position is for an experienced professional who has worked in construction or engineering environments and understands industry workflows, terminology, contracts, insurance requirements, and fast‑paced deadlines.
Core Responsibilities- Manage all day-to-day office operations
- Prepare business proposals, quotes, and correspondence
- Review client and subcontractor contracts and redline as needed
- Create and manage daily schedules for technicians and field staff
- Maintain organized client files, contracts, and project documentation
- Handle invoicing and collections using Quick Books Online
- Manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and liability insurance documentation
- Prior Office Manager experience in construction or engineering
- Ability to read, understand, and mark up legal/subcontractor contracts
- Hands‑on Quick Books Online experience (invoicing & collections)
- Knowledge of liability insurance and COIs
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Proactive, self‑directed, and comfortable working without constant oversight
- Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment

This is a critical position for our operations and is best suited for someone who can take ownership of the office and hit the ground running.
