Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7.25 hours per day; 185 days per academic year with additional summer hours.

Available: Commencing with the  school year.

Salary & Benefits: $21/hour or higher based on prior experience. Comprehensive benefits.

• Accompany assigned student throughout the school day to provide behavioral and academic support.
• Implement IEP goals as directed by the Special Education Teacher and behavior analyst.
• Attend related service sessions with student (e.g., speech, OT, PT) and reinforce work in these goal areas.
• Work with other specialists and parents to implement additional specified goals and objectives.
• Implement programs developed by teacher and consultant.
• Maintain accurate data and graphing on all designated programs.
• Plan and implement all aspects of systematic instructional sequences within self‑contained classroom, inclusion environments, and reverse mainstream environments.
• Meet regularly with behavior analyst, special education teacher, support team.
• Attend staff meetings.
• Provide reports of student progress when deemed necessary by teacher and/or team.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience required.
• Demonstrate knowledge of special education practices (autism).
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be flexible, creative, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Must be highly motivated and self‑directed.
