REGISTERED NURSE (RN) – SKILLED NURSING

Meadow Ridge at Ridge Crest Skilled Nursing Center, Redding, Connecticut

NOW HIRING

Full‑Time RN – 30 hours/week, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM with every other weekend Part‑Time 7a‑3p – 22.5 hours including e/o weekend

Sign‑On Bonus

$5,000 sign‑on bonus for FT RNs; $2,500 paid after 60 days, $2,500 paid after 90 days

Hourly Wage Range

$47‑$51 per hour

Additional Earnings Opportunities
  • Generous hourly shift differential rates for 2nd, 3rd & weekend shifts ($5.00, $6.00, and $2.00 respectively)
  • Opportunities to pick up additional shifts when available
  • Referral bonuses
Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide exceptional nursing care within a warm, comfortable, and resident‑focused environment. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering outstanding clinical outcomes and personalized service.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately assess, communicate, and document resident status
  • Observe and report significant changes in resident condition
  • Coordinate care with physicians, families, and healthcare providers
  • Supervise and support Resident Care Assistants
  • Promote resident independence while meeting care needs
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident concerns
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
  • Support a culture of dignity, respect, and exceptional service
Qualifications
  • Current Connecticut RN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Graduate of an accredited RN program
  • One to two years of nursing experience preferred
  • Experience working with older adults preferred
  • Strong communication, clinical, and leadership skills
