Nursery Practitioner – Up to £13.50

The nursery provides a carefully designed environment where children explore, play, and develop across all areas of learning. As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll work directly with children to deliver activities, observe and support their progress, and help maintain a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment throughout the day. This is a full-time, all year round position within an Outstanding Ofsted-rated setting.

Before You Apply
  • full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is required.
  • You must have recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting
    .
  • This role is not suitable for candidates without experience working directly with children.

What You’ll Need
  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Ability to work confidently as part of a team and engage directly with children

  • Deliver daily activities that support children’s learning and development
  • Observe and record children’s progress and milestones
  • Assist with planning and implementing EYFS‑focused activities
  • Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and ratio compliance
