We re working with a fast-expanding engineering company who pride themselves on delivering an exceptional service to clients across the Midlands. As part of their continued growth, they re looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer to support installations, commissioning, maintenance and fault-finding on boilers, chillers and associated plant.

This is a hands-on, varied role offering the chance to work with cutting-edge equipment within a supportive, high-performance team environment.

The Role

• Install, commission and maintain commercial boilers, air-cooled chillers and associated systems
• Carry out fault-finding and diagnostics on chilled water systems, AHUs and forced draft burners
• Support pipework modifications and system upgrades within plant rooms
• Lead or mentor other engineers on site where required
• Attend call-outs as part of a rota, ensuring swift, safe resolution of issues
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety and environmental standards

About You

• Strong background in commercial mechanical, pipework and boiler systems
• Experience with chilled water systems, air-cooled chillers and control wiring
• Ideally holds Commercial Gas Safe and F-Gas certification
• Familiar with BMS (Building Management Systems)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
• Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Salary up to £50,000 DOE
• Monday Friday, 7:30am 4:30pm plus overtime and call-out
