Job Overview

Mechanical Estimator required for a specialist Building Services Company based in the West Midlands, specialising in the installation and renovation of mechanical and electrical systems on commercial sites.

Primary Responsibilities

Prepare and present tenders to specifications and drawings.
Carry out estimation of heating, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning and ductwork systems.
Work primarily from the office in Redditch with occasional site visits.

Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience estimating mechanical projects, specifically within the HVAC sector.
Degree or relevant qualifications in the HVAC/Building services sector.
Based within commutable distance of Redditch.

Benefits

Basic Salary £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
Car allowance £6,000 per annum.
Working hours 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Thursday, half day Fridays.
32 days holiday (including bank holidays).
