Rate of pay: PAYE £45,000 per annum (umbrella available)

ARC is currently looking for an experienced electrician to manage a small electrical team for Redditch Council.

• Coordinating and carrying out pre and post inspections on contractors electrical and other associated domestic/communal works.
• Responding to technical queries in relation to responsive repairs, EICR s and other electrical and security services.
• Managing the Electrical compliance Electricians carrying out fire alarm testing and routine maintenance, and emergency lighting, security lighting, door entry system checks and routine maintenance and communal spaces meter readings.

• At least 3 years experience at a senior level within the Electrical industry in an operational role to include but not limited to electrical servicing, repairs and electrical installations.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing any electrical systems.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical installations, associated repairs, fault finding and safe isolation procedures.
• Testing & Inspection: 2391 or 2394/5.
• Full valid driving licence.
