The roleMulti skilled UPVC operative- carrying out repairs to doors, windows, facias and soffits and other UPVC products to our housing stock across Redditch Borough
Key requirements- Install, repair and maintain UPVC doors, windows, facias, soffits and other UPVC products according to industry standards and manufacturers guidelines.
- Utilize a range of tools and equipment to ensure precise and efficient repair of UPVC products.
- Collaborate with team members to execute projects in residential properties
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times
- work on various general maintenance tasks as required
- Proven experience and qualifications as a multi trade UPVC operative with a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry
- Proven experience in the installation, repair, maintenance and diagnosis is faults ov UPVC doors windows and related products.
- Strong knowledge of locks, mechanisms and UPVC and carpentry materials, principles and equipment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Competency or qualified in additional trades such as carpentry, plastering etc
