What you'll be doing:- Delivering high-quality plastering across reinstatement and restoration projects.
- Strong board and skimming work.
- Rendering, wet plaster, and lime work (advantageous but not essential).
- Working closely with customers and team members to ensure excellent results.
- Supporting the growth of the team by learning new skills—or by passing on experience and mentoring others.
- 3+ years' experience as a Plasterer - Excellent boarding and skimming skills.
- A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to get along well with colleagues and customers.
- A willingness to learn and progress, or help others do the same.
- A full UK driving licence.
