Duration: 12 Month Contract with the chance of extension/converting to full time

UX Design Candidate Requirement

• Target candidate: UX Designer with 5-7 years of experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating polished visual and interaction design work
• Core expectation:
  Ability to partner directly with business units and internal customers to understand needs, clarify requirements, and translate them into intuitive user experiences and design solution
• What to prioritize:
  Candidates who can synthesize research, stakeholder input, and business requirements into high-quality outputs (mockups, prototypes, user flows, and development-ready user stories)
• Core tools:
  Advanced proficiency in Figma and/or Axure
• Industry/product context:
  Experience designing for internal enterprise tools, complex workflows, or operational environments is highly relevant. Utility or other regulated-industry experience is a plus but not required
• Role scope:
  This is an individual contributor role, best suited for someone who can work independently while collaborating closely with senior designers, product teams and cross-functional partners
• Key traits to screen for:
  Empathy, collaboration, initiative, and the ability to communicate design rationale clearly and iterate designs based on feedback
• Good signals:
  Candidates who show strong visual craft, examples of turning feedback into refined design work, and evidence of proactively driving design work from concept to delivery
