Are you an experienced Electrical Team Leader seeking a leadership role within a dynamic environment? We are recruiting for a skilled Electrical Team Leader to manage and support a team of electricians delivering essential social housing maintenance services. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £44,750 per annum, along with excellent benefits and development opportunities.

As an Electrical Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations on a busy social housing contract, ensuring that all electrical works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will lead a team of electricians, support compliance and certification procedures, and carry out technical inspections to uphold NICEIC standards. This role is perfect for someone looking to step into a leadership position while remaining actively involved in technical aspects of electrical maintenance and inspections.

• Lead and supervise a team of electricians, providing coaching and development
• Oversee NICEIC compliance and certification processes
• Support electrical testing programmes and carry out technical inspections
• Conduct quality audits and ensure safety standards are adhered to
• Support larger electrical projects within the social housing sector
• Deputise for the Electrical Manager as required
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times

• NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• 2391 / 2394 / 2395 Inspection & Testing certification
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience
• Strong knowledge of NICEIC compliance
• Social housing or maintenance background desirable
• Full UK Driving Licence

• Salary: £44,750 per annum
