JOB SUMMARY
A well-established medical group, serving communities across California since 1987, is seeking a Report Processor to join its team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow professionally in a medical office setting. The Report Processor is responsible for processing, proofreading, and coordinating medical reports while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with patient confidentiality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process medical reports for assigned accounts
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of reports
Proofread for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and data accuracy
Follow up with physicians regarding report timelines and completeness
Coordinate with multiple departments to maintain efficient workflow
Ensure reports are delivered on time
Maintain strict patient confidentiality
Monitor and report feedback for assigned accounts
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Share File, Google Calendar, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Reliable attendance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual (English/Spanish or other language)
Workers Compensation or Medicolegal experience
