Report Processor - Talent Zok OVERVIEW

Immediate opening for a Report Processor in Redlands, CA who possesses:
- Experience with medical scheduling
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Strong administrative and data entry skills
- Email resumes to lruiz@
- Field incoming calls for appointments and follow‑ups regarding worker's comp case status
- Schedule patient appointments
- Book re‑schedules and cancellations as needed
- Update paper and digital patient charts on EMR
- Support Deposition department with deposition formatting and filing
- Provide updates to doctors/attorneys as requested
- Bilingual Spanish a huge plus
- Good spelling / grammar / punctuation skills
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong administrative and filing background
- Experience with medical scheduling or heavy phone customer service
