We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a top-producing real estate agent serving Redlands and the surrounding communities. This is not a typical administrative position. We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive professional who can become a trusted right-hand partner in a fast-paced real estate business. Compensation- Competitive base salary $72,000+

- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling
- Coordinate communications between clients, agents, vendors, lenders, and escrow companies
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they become issues
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain databases, records, files, and transaction documentation
- Prepare contracts, reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Track deadlines and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Improve systems and workflows to increase efficiency
- Deliver exceptional service and communication throughout every transaction
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and vendors
- Resolve issues professionally and confidently
- Create a smooth and organized experience from listing to closing
- Assist with social media, marketing campaigns, and client events
- Coordinate listing preparation and marketing materials
- Support special projects and business growth initiatives
- Must live within 30 miles of Redlands, CA
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Minimum 2 years of administrative, executive assistant, customer service, or related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, and Canva
- High attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and independent decision-making ability
- Real estate experience
- Familiarity with transaction coordination
- Marketing experience
- Experience with CRM systems
- California Real Estate License (not required)
- Candidates without a real estate license must be willing to obtain one within 12 months of employment
