Car Max is seeking a Cosmetic Reconditioning Associate II in Redlands, CA to perform cosmetic inspections, final quality checks, and advanced reconditioning tasks like paint touch-up, wet sanding, and buffing. You will ensure each vehicle meets Car Max standards of quality and appearance, delivering confidence to customers.
You will complete Car Max training, read and record data for inventory, and work in a fast-paced environment while lifting up to 50 lbs and adapting to weather conditions.
