Overview
Join a dynamic construction team as a Project Manager where you'll lead commercial and dealership projects with competitive compensation.
Salary: $95,000 - $180,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Manage full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, including dealerships, retail, and business facilities.
- Oversee pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Lead construction services and construction management activities from start to successful closeout.
- Handle tenant improvements, concrete tilt-up, and design-build delivery methods as needed.
- Monitor project risks, safety compliance, and quality standards.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure post-construction warranty and satisfaction follow-up.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with specific background in dealerships or retail projects strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, including pre-construction, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with design-build, tenant improvements, and concrete tilt-up projects a plus.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally to project sites.
