Salary: $115,000 - $165,000 per year

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience managing automotive dealership projects.

• Manage commercial construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and client communication
• Coordinate with owners, architects, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all project stakeholders
• Review drawings, scopes of work, submittals, and requests for information
• Track project progress and proactively resolve issues that may impact schedule or budget
• Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and in line with project expectations

• Prior Project Manager experience in commercial construction
• Automotive dealership construction experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing ground‑up construction, tenant improvements, or commercial remodels
• Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and project teams
• Local or regional construction experience in Southern California preferred
