Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Salary: $95,000 - $180,000 per year

• Manage full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, including dealerships, retail, and business facilities
• Oversee pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Lead construction services and construction management activities from start to successful closeout
• Handle tenant improvements, concrete tilt-up, and design-build delivery methods as needed
• Monitor project risks, safety compliance, and quality standards
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure post‑construction warranty and satisfaction follow‑up

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with specific background in dealerships or retail projects strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of construction processes, including pre‑construction, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Experience with design‑build, tenant improvements, and concrete tilt‑up projects a plus
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally to project sites
